Exercise Motivation
Staying committed to exercise once the initial excitement of New Year's resolutions has faded can be tough. But finding the right motivation and routine can make all the difference in sticking to a healthier, more active lifestyle.

This guided meditation includes a pretalk that goes over the benefits of regular exercise, and explains what approaches work well to make exercise something that you wouldn't think of missing.

Through analogies and models your mind is invited to reshape the fundamental basis of your attitude to - and actions on - the need for exercise. Embedded suggestions and future orientation allow you to experience the emotional and physical effect of adopting this new set of patterns, and to make them you own.

Professionally produced and narrated, the session is 45 minutes. The MP3 does not include the pretalk.

Repetition is how our brain decides what to prioritize and remember. By reinforcing neural pathways through regular practice, memories become stronger and more deeply ingrained. Once established, these pathways help consolidate information, offering greater clarity and insight. Simply put, repetition is a key driver of learning and personal growth.
