A strong foundation was created by driving 20 steel rods deep into the Earth.
And got busy renovating everything!
And, hundreds of additional support beams creates a "house inside a house!"

In January 2024, our multi-million dollar investment was complete. The Caves are Now Open! We hope you'll come by and experience this healing destination that is unlike any other in Central Indiana.
The Carmel Salt Caves and Spa
We have two Caves. Both are communal unless you book them for a private party.

The microclimate is maintained at a comfortable 72 degrees. So, if you chill easily, feel free to bring a sweater or hoodie. We always have fresh clean blankets available.

No shoes in the caves. Please wear clean socks or see our attendant if you do not have socks. (Keyed lockers are provided for your personal items.)

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your session - NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE PERMITTED ONCE THE DOORS CLOSE! If you miss your appointment time you will be rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Harmony, the large cave, opens at the top of the hour while Traquility, our smaller cave, opens on the half hour.

The Caves are Available for
Private Parties
Our Foot Spa offers 60 minutes of rest and relaxation. Here you'll submerge your feet into one of our six ceramic pedicure bowls filled with warm water.

The attendant will add salt and an "array" to gently stimulate your body to release heavy metals and begin detoxification.

You may choose to use this time to rest your mind with a brief nap while listening to the sound of gentle music.

For an additional $5, you can experience a red light therapy mask session.

Schedule a party and have food catered. We offer Mingle Mocktails for $5.
There are so many possibilities!
$45 for a 60 minute session.
* Your feet are in the water for 30 minutes, however the entire procedure averages an hour.
Available for Private Parties
Our Far Infrared Sauna can host up to four people. You will be alone unless you book with a friend or family member who will pay a reduced rate. (Additional friends/family $25 each)

The Sauna offers healing on so many levels and is usually HSA & FSA eligible (check with your provider!)

Our sauna has been clinically proven to help people lose weight and even dial down chronic pain.

You can use chromolight therapy and/or red light therapy at no additional cost.

Clothing is required in the sauna. Swimsuits are permitted.
$45 for a 40 Minute Session, however, you'll have the room for an hour.
